Exchange and return

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” (Document 172-94-п, current version — Revision on December 7, 2005, on the basis – 1173-2005-п) corsetry, hosiery and underwear can not be exchanged or returned.

Holy Mamas brand values and cares about its customers – and offers the option of exchanging items!

If you need an exchange of items, you can contact our consultant and choose the same product in a different size/color or choose another product. If the exchange cost is lower than the original cost, the difference is returned to the customer. If it is higher – the customer pays the difference in the costs of products. You have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at Holy Mamas.

Items can not be returned, except for items of improper quality.

The cost of delivery when making the exchange is always paid by the customer, excluding the following situations:

– The product has a defect;
– Incorrect ordering (client gets wrong size/color/model).

In the above two cases, the cost of delivery is paid by the store. The exchange takes place after we receive the items and make sure that they are in good condition (see below).

Requirements for the items to be exchanged:

– Saved packaging and receipt;
– The product is new, clean and has not been used and washed: without damage, with preserved tags.
