Step 1 – Take measurements
Take measurements while wearing a thin bra with soft cups or bra without foam cups/inserts.
1. Underbust Girth
Take measurement directly under-bust tightly but without strong tension. Make sure themeasuring tape is parallel to the floor.
2. Bust Girth
Measure around the fullest part of your breasts, over your nipple area. Make sure themeasuring tape is parallel to the floor.

Measure the girth directly under the bust, tight but not too tight. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor.
3. Waist girth
The waist is usually determined in the narrowest place in the abdomen, but the types of figures are different, so you can determine the waist line in another way: it will be at the level of the elbow of the bent arm.
4. Hip girth
When measuring the hips, the centimeter tape should be located parallel to the floor, it is necessary to measure at the most protruding points of the buttocks (it is best to do this near a mirror).
